Christian has been a chef for nearly 20 years and has worked at the best local establishments including two restaurants with Michelin stars. He has also worked on a Cruise Ship, a 50m Sailing Ship and a ‘small’ 125m Luxury Mega Yacht.
From February 2017 Christian set up SALT Cø. Private Chef and Chocolatier after having enough of cooking ‘other people’s food’, and hasn’t looked back since. You will see all over the SALT Cø.’s social media pages that Christian is super passionate about what he does and ‘never’ (regularly) states how much he loves his job.
Heather Ashley is an Advanced Wim Hof Method Instructor, transformational coach, and retreat leader.
Through workshops, retreats, and meaningful experiences for individuals, communities, and organisations, she combines breath work, cold exposure, movement, mindset, and practical lifestyle coaching to help people build resilience and reconnect with themselves, creating lasting change.
Her approach is practical, welcoming, and focused on helping people become stronger, healthier, and happier.
I've had a lifelong passion for cooking and feeding people. It started with private dining events in 2012, followed by sold-out pop-ups in Southbourne, before I took on the role of head chef at The Priory restaurant in Christchurch.
But I wanted to work without the cost constraints and restrictions of a restaurant — to provide a more intimate setting and a truly personal experience. The Dorset Chef was born in June 2023 with one intention: creating lifelong memories for diners using the very best local and seasonal ingredients.
